You can delete them move them to where you think it's better.
And i don't have twistedmexican mod so my assumption is that ea's fault. Ive also noticed that the bargain johns had a tendency to overflow even when they were upgraded to unbreakable and self-cleaning. The only other place where i've seen this issue is in this Link. Sims would stomp their feet and complain as if some one was already in the empty bed and Id have to delete and replace it to get the sim to bed and that was happening to often to be worth it.
I don't know what causes it, and i don't think it's a particular cc or mod since the same things used in this room i used in another one, made the day after and that one works ok.
